This work is a projection of our desire to be accepted and of the precedents our environment has led us to assume obedience to. Born from the frustration of society's power to condition our consciousness, that which keeps us confined in modern standards of normal. The desire to belong leaves us isolated and unidentifiable, constrained under the pressure to conform while losing our most unique attributes. Shame has stripped us of our given individualism. We have turned our backs on our essence, attempting to squeeze ourselves into boxes we struggle to fit inside. Creatures of the society that birthed us, we become one of the herd. A label. A number. A bland, yet tender, piece of meat. Anonymous.
